How can the colors of the button and review/ratings elements changed?

By default the plugin does not provide customization options to make changes to the rating elements. However, the plugin is compatible Design Upgrade for LearnDash plugin which will let you make changes to the colors of the rating stars and bars and other buttons provided by the plugin.
